Kelsea Ballerini has given fellow country star Ashley Cooke's new breakup song her stamp of approval.
After Cooke teased her new song about troubled relationships on Instagram on Monday, Feb. 9, Ballerini, 32, appeared to agree with the pointed lyrics in the comments section.
"Whiskey nights wandering eyes make messes / Hiding phones, 'I don't knows' make questions / Towns talk and the truth starts spreading / Don't you know crossing lines makes exs," Cooke, 28, sings as she plays the guitar in the clip.
"Don't deny I know you did it / It doesn't matter how you spin it." Cooke also sings. "Want me back after that? Forget it / Don't you know crossing lines makes exes."

In the comments section of the post, which Cooke captioned "crossing lines makes Xs," Ballerini wrote, "mmmhhhmmm."
Cooke responded, "@kelseaballerini you get it."
The comments came only days after a source confirmed to PEOPLE that the "First Rodeo" singer and her on-off boyfriend, Outer Banks actor Chase Stokes, 33, had broken up again.
"They still love each other, which is why they've kept trying to make it work. But their lives are in very different places right now. Figuring out where to live and how to truly merge their lives has been hard lately. It's been something they've gone back and forth on," the Stokes source said.
The Stokes source added: "They've been trying to figure out a situation where they are both happy together, but that doesn't seem possible at the moment."
Meanwhile, a second insider told PEOPLE that the "Blindsided" singer has been "so supportive of him throughout their relationship but it hasn't been reciprocated, especially as her career has continued to grow. It feels like there's insecurity there on his end."

Ballerini and Stokes went public with their romance at the April 2023 CMT Awards. After nearly three years together, PEOPLE confirmed the pair had split last September. However, the couple were spotted together in Europe and rekindled their romance before things appeared to flame out amid a series of cryptic social media posts from Stokes in late November.
The pair confirmed they were back together on New Year's Eve, when Ballerini shared thoughts on the romance, acknowledging their hard times in an Instagram post.
"Messy year for the heart, messy year for the outside coming in, messy year for the way it became an out of our hands portrayal of it," the "How Do I Do This" singer wrote over a photo of her and Stokes embracing with a sunset in the background.
"But what I'll say," she continued, "and all I really care to share indefinitely with my personal life anymore, is that I really love love. I believe in it, I believe in him, and I believe in breaking patterns. Now go kiss your person and stop speculating."
