Chloe McIntyre got married on Dec. 21 in Killingly, Connecticut
Since she was a high school freshman, McIntyre has saved every voicemail from her father, Scott Knight. She surprised him at her wedding by playing the messages before their father-daughter dance
"There was not a dry eye in the room," the wedding content creators, Social by Carly, wrote in a video of the emotional moment posted on Instagram
Just before their father-daughter dance, a bride moved her father to tears by surprising him with an audio montage of the loving voicemails he left her throughout the years.
Connecticut-based bride Chloe McIntyre received the first voicemail from her father, Scott Knight, when she was a freshman in high school, per the . From then on, she secretly saved every heartfelt voicemail he left her. As the years passed, Knight continued to leave voicemails and McIntyre kept her promise to herself to never delete them, but it wasn't until she was wedding planning that she knew what to do with them.
Listening to her father's messages always brought a smile to McIntyre's face, so she shared the joy by playing one for her now-husband, Dylan, on their first date, according to the AP. After Dylan proposed to McIntyre, he remembered the voicemail and suggested they incorporate the messages into their nuptials.

During the couple's wedding reception at Evergreen Farms in Killingly, Connecticut, on Saturday, Dec. 21, a voicemail of Knight singing "Happy Birthday" to McIntyre began playing, as seen in a video of the special surprise captured via iPhone by New England wedding content creators Social by Carly.
Knight gasped and smiled in shock as old voicemails began playing back to back, rolling into the song McIntyre selected for their father-daughter dance. The father of the bride tearfully hugged McIntyre in the center of the dance floor before they slow danced together. Guests cried in the background.
"Just remember one thing, it takes a million toads to find one prince, but he's out there," Knight said in one voicemail.
Knight always has been McIntyre's "biggest supporter," she told the AP.
