Actress and singer Mandy Moore shared a candid reflection this Thanksgiving, admitting that 2025 had been "wild and difficult" for her and her family.

The 41-year-old star, known for her role in This Is Us, took to Instagram on Thursday, posting black-and-white photos of herself with husband Taylor Goldsmith and their three children, sons Gus, 4, Ozzie, 3, and daughter Lou, 14 months.

"It's been a pretty wild and difficult year, but the top line is definitely overwhelming gratitude," Moore wrote in her caption. "Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. The most grateful for these 4."

Mandy Moore's Family Survives California Wildfires

Earlier in this year, Moore and her family were deeply affected by the Eaton wildfire in Altadena, California. The devastating fire was one of several that swept through Los Angeles in January.

Moore shared updates with fans in January, revealing that while the "main part" of her home survived the blaze, it was "not livable."

She and Goldsmith lost their garage, back house and Goldsmith's music studio.

"Everyone we know lost everything. Every house on our street is gone. My in-laws. My brother and sister-in-law — six weeks from welcoming their first baby. Our best friends," she wrote at the time, expressing survivor's guilt while vowing to help rebuild the community.

By February, Moore confirmed that the damaged house would ultimately have to be torn down, noting that "clothes, furniture, pretty much everything will have to be disposed of … maybe even the walls too."

She stressed the importance of family and pets, adding, "home is where we are together … but having a sanctuary and safe space to feel settled really goes a long way too."
