The "Level Up" crooner wore a custom design by Valdrin Sahiti, inspired by the house's Fall/Winter 2025–26 Haute Couture collection. The dramatic look featured a corset-style lace bodice with floral detailing. It was held together by two crystal-embellished straps that created a barely-there illusion. Sheer panels added depth, while a sweetheart neckline softened the bold silhouette.
Flowing from the bodice was a shimmering silver skirt made entirely of shell-like embellishments that caught the light with every step. Moreover, Ciara styled the look with minimal accessories, loose waves, bronzed makeup, and nude lips, letting the gown command attention. She completed the ensemble with Rene Caovilla Braid sandals.
Additionally, Ciara's husband, Russell Wilson, an NFL Honors veteran, complemented her look in a dark green velvet suit. Meanwhile, fans were in awe of the Grammy nominee's outfit, showering her with praises. "Stunning," wrote one Instagram user, with another adding, "She looks amazing."
