The 10 Best Films Out Now and Coming Soon
There's nothing quite like a great movie to give you some much-needed escapism from the stresses of work, family, and everything else you're balancing. And if you've already run through the feel-good movies on Netflix or gobbled up our favorite book-to-film adaptations, you're probably looking for something new. Luckily, there's a slew of great movies out this season to freshen up your watch list.
We're officially post-Golden Globes ceremony, which is the perfect time to catch up on this season's Oscar contenders. And 2026 doesn't disappoint — on our list, you'll find a tense drama about a ping pong champion, a stunning (and popular) period horror film, and a searingly sad movie about the most famous writer of all time. Plus, a pop star debuts as the focus of a mockumentary that's the perfect palate cleanser after you've filled up on dramas. Grab the popcorn and let's dive in.
