"HOA sucks," the consumer stated in a post.

Another driver stated he was fined for parking his automobiles on the street.
"That's bullying right there," the driving force stated, after incurring several fines.
However the HOA stated the fines are essential given the neighborhood's infrastructure.
"A few of the streets within the neighborhood are too slender, making it arduous for some neighbors to get around," the HOA stated in a press release.
