AN Military teacher had sex with a teen recruit after he requested to take cost of feminine trainees, a courtroom martial heard.
Cpl Christopher Irwin, 31, had pastoral and welfare duties at the Army Foundation School.
He previously requested Prime Brass if he might "command the feminine section".
Irwin began a consensual relationship with the 16-year-old they usually had intercourse at his Oldham house.
He was interviewed by service cops after leaving the Harrogate school for the Parachute Regiment.
Through the probe, he's stated to have threatened to kill her sergeant's canine and joked he would "murder her" if she advised anybody that they had met.
The teenager informed cops: "I'm so terrified of him — he doesn't care about rules."
Irwin admits a cost of intercourse with a toddler but denies intimidation.
The trial at Bulford Army Courtroom, Wilts, continues.
