A WOMAN twerked her bum into the crotch of a male bobby as he searched her and stated: "Inform me to behave some extra," a courtroom heard.

She was then handcuffed and positioned behind the police van but managed to get out of the cuffs.

Prosecutor Alex Steadward informed Scarborough magistrates' court that Brown was arrested after police turned up to cope with one other late-night incident in the town on December 2 last yr.

Mr Steadward added: "The officer stated they only missed him. As he tried to get Miss Brown out the again of the van she began shouting 'Rape'.
He interpreted that as her accusing him of rape.
"She acquired out of the van together with her legs akimbo and informed the officer: 'Go on. Arrest me for more'.

The former barmaid was charged with intercourse assault and assaulting a police officer.
She was found not responsible of the intercourse assault but admitted the assault cost.
Magdeburg Singh Sachdave, mitigating, stated: "She had combined her prescribed anti-depressants with alcohol. She is devastated by her behaviour that evening and needed to offer her apologies to the PC involved."
She was fined £135 with a £54 surcharge and £135 courtroom prices.
