The previous barmaid was charged with intercourse assault and assaulting a police officer.
She was found not responsible of the intercourse assault but admitted the assault cost.
Magdeburg Singh Sachdave, mitigating, stated: "She had combined her prescribed anti-depressants with alcohol. She is devastated by her behaviour that night and needed to supply her apologies to the PC concerned."
She was fined £135 with a £54 surcharge and £135 courtroom costs.
