On Thursday, Dec. 4, the actress, 65, shared a sweet selfie on Instagram in honor of her son Caleb's special day. The snap featured Moore and husband Bart Freundlich proudly smiling next to their son, with Freundlich wrapping his arm around his boy.
"How is it possible that our first born is 28??" Moore captioned her post. "@musicbycalebmoore I love you I love you I love you. You were my birthday gift 28 years ago. And you are a gift to my life ❤️."

Caleb responded to Moore's Instagram post, commenting: "🥹🥹🥹 I love you!"
He also posted a carousel of photos with him and his mom to celebrate her 65th birthday just one day before, writing a heartfelt message for her in the caption.
"Happy birthday to my twin, 28-time mommy of the year award winner. I love you more than words allow."

Moore and Bart tied the knot back in 2003, after having Caleb in 1997 and their daughter Liv in 2002. In the past, Moore expressed to PEOPLE how important her family is to her, and she frequently shares snippets from her personal life on social media.
