Francesca Eastwood will not be prosecuted in connection with her felony domestic violence arrest in Beverly Hills, California last month. Officials with the District Attorney's office in Los Angeles said that evidence in the case against Francesca - who is the daughter of Clint Eastwood, 94, and actress Frances Fisher, 72 - was insufficient to move forward, police sources told TMZ Sunday. The 31-year-old actress-socialite was arrested October 12 in connection with felony domestic violence after getting into an argument with her boyfriend that escalated from verbal to physical, the outlet previously reported.
