Fitness guru Joe Wicks has been taken to hospital after following a stomach churning accident, leaving him forced to cancel work. The personal trainer, 39, was out running when he rolled his ankle and took to Instagram on Tuesday to reveal he's now on crutches with ligament damage. He wrote: 'Happy New Year. Had a shocker this morning. Thought I'd end the year with a run. 'Was feeling inspired and hit the road in the dark at 6am.
