Adrian Portelli, AKA 'Mr Lambo', has revealed his grand plans to build a hospital in Penrith, claiming he will break ground in 'two to three months'. The 35-year-old billionaire businessman who shot to fame as a serial bidder on The Block, took to Instagram on Tuesday to show footage of the two acres of land he intends to build on. He said the hospital in being built for 'high physical needs patients' because there is a 'shortage' of medical assistance in the area for people in need.
