The fashion designer, 50, her mother, Jackie, and her younger sister, enjoyed a meal at a restaurant were they sang in front of a cake. Victoria lovingly wrapped her arms around her Louise as they swayed back and forth before she blew out the candles. 'Happy birthday!!
