The Love Island star, 25, shared her first vlog since the breakup in which she revealed she will 'always love' the boxer, also 25, and reflected on the 'very real' two weeks since they ended their engagement. In a YouTube video on Thursday, the mother-of-one revealed her health was impacted by the split, admitting: 'I sound like I get through maybe 100 cigarettes a day, that is not the case!
