Artem Chigvintsev claimed that his wife, Nikki Garcia, 'threw shoes at him,' when he placed a 911 call on Thursday amid the alleged domestic battery incident. The Dancing With The Stars pro, 42, was arrested on Thursday in Napa, California on suspicion of felony domestic violence - and was released from jail later that afternoon after his bail had been set for $25,000. The Russian-born dancer was taken into custody after police saw 'traumatic' physical damage to a victim.
