Katie Holmes was seen in a chic fall outfit in New York City on Thursday. The Rare Objects director had on a black sheer blouse that was unbuttoned to show off her chest. She added khaki slacks that were a bit oversized with a brown leather Khaite purse over her shoulder. The fashion icon also had on black flat strappy Miu Miu shoes with cute bows on top and tortoise-shell framed sunglasses.
