Witney Carson is putting her dancing shoes back on. The professional dancer, 30 — who welcomed her second child last May — took to Instagram to announce her return to Dancing with the Stars for season 33 after a two year hiatus. 'I am back on Dancing With the Stars, and I cannot wait to get back on that dance floor. Just you wait until you meet my partner. You guys are going to die,' she said in the video.
