The reality star, 31, posted the heartwarming snap to her Instagram story and added a heartfelt message which failed to mention the rugby player. She wrote over the black and white scan: 'Got to see our little cherub today. It was so nice to see my baby. As long as it's happy and healthy, I'm not bothered if it's a boy or a girl!
