EW's exclusive portraits and *Drag Race*-inspired video clip (below) show Bob suited up as the flashy Harold Zidler, the boisterous emcee and owner of Paris' titular Moulin Rouge nightclub, originally played by Jim Broadbent in Luhrmann's 2001 film.

RuPaul's iconic "Cover Girl" song soundtracks the clip, which mimics the Emmy-winning *Drag Race *host's Main Stage entrance on each episode of the MTV reality competition series.

Bob's role as Zidler marks his first-ever Broadway stage role, following in the footsteps of past *Drag* *Race* alums who've made it big on New York City's most prestigious theater circuit, including season 4's Milan (*Hairspray, Motown the Musical*), 9's Peppermint (*Head Over Heels*), season 15's Marcia Marcia Marcia (*Cabaret*), and season 5 and *All Stars 7* winner Jinkx Monsoon (*Chicago, Pirates! The Penzance Musical, and Oh, Mary!*).

Other *Drag Race* stars who've gone on to forge successful roles on stage include Willam (*Titanique*), Nina West (2021-2022 national tour of *Hairspray*) and *All Stars 2* champ Alaska, who mounted the Off-Broadway, drag-themed production of *Drag: The Musical.*
