The fashion designer, 50, squeezed her feet into a pair of tight-looking yet stylish clear heels for the evening while standing tall next to her dapper partner, 49, on his big night. But if her toes were in any sort of discomfort at the event, ever professional Victoria didn't let it show as she proudly posed up a storm with her loved ones at the star-studded event.
