Lady Gaga has been romancing her third fiancé Michael Polansky as far back as 2019 when they first met at a charity event, but he's never spoken publicly about her or their relationship until now. 'Accepting that you won't have the privacy others might have was the hardest part. But Stefani's comfort with it and patience with me has been amazing,' the 41-year-old venture capitalist said, who refers to Gaga her birth name Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, in her ELLE cover story on Tuesday.
