Baldoni and Lively's lawsuit battle is continuing to heat up. On Monday, DailyMail.com obtained exclusive audio of Baldoni's emotional voice note to Lively, which sheds further light into the case. However, the director, 41, appeared to brush off the recent drama as he flashed a smile while grabbing lunch with his wife Emily Baldoni, 40, and their daughter, Maiya, nine, and son, Maxwell, seven, at Cafe Mambo in Hawaii.
