Film deemed 'unreleasable' now finally set to hit the cinemas and people are stunned
A horror comedy film which has been branded 'unreleasable' is finally set to hit the cinemas and people have been left stunned. Despite failing to find a distributor after it was completed in 2023, the rights to show the shocking movie, a remake of a 1984 film of the same name, have now been acquired by American company Cineverse. The Toxic Avenger astonished critics with its graphic content and gory scenes but still gained an impressive rating of 92 per cent on Rotten Tomatoes.
