Yet Nick Knowles didn't let his various ailments stop him from getting into the Christmas spirit as he decorated his home with fiancée Katie Dadzie on Thursday. The DIY SOS star, 62, ensured he pulled out all the stops as he pulled out a ladder and got to work hanging hundreds of fairy lights, tinsel and giant baubles around his home.
