The former Brisbane Broncos star, 30, and his wife Tegan purchased the 9560sqm rural acreage in 2019 for $880,000. Completed in 2021, the ultra-modern homestead is located in Samford Valley - approximately 45 minutes northwest of Brisbane. No price has been listed for the sprawling holding, that features six bedrooms and three bathrooms. However, sales agents for the property estimate the median price for similar homes in the area is $1,850,000.
