Why Kim Kardashian wore a cardigan to the 2024 Met Gala
The reason behind Kardashian dressing down her high-glam gown? Oh, it's just her "boyfriend's sweater."
In a red carpet interview, Kardashian shared that the look was inspired by "the wildest night of my life in a garden, and I just ran out and grabbed my boyfriend's sweater and threw it on and had to get to work. And my hair is all messed up."
While quite possibly a figment of her imagination — the reference seemingly creates more questions than answers. Whose raucous party did she attend? What Kardashian hair era was she in? Which boyfriend did she steal from? Our bets are on Pete Davidson, surely — but we'll have to wait and see until one of her former lovers reports a missing sweater.
