A VAIN balding bandit cheekily responded to a police attraction by moaning about being described as having receding hair.

Avon and Somerset Police described Kellaway as having receding brown hair in their Good Friday attraction to seek out him for questioning over driving offences, felony injury and threatening behaviour.
