London TV Screenings Unveils First 2027 Schedule To Feature Newly-Merged Banijay

The first London TV Screenings to feature the newly-merged Banijay -All3Media sales arm has unveiled its schedule.

There is one less founding organizer of the screenings now that Big Brother seller Banijay and The Traitors owner All3Media have become one, and the new group will bring its 265,000-hour catalog to the UK capital on Wednesday February 24.

The screenings founders are now the trio of Banijay, Fremantle and ITV Studios . Banijay’s event will take place on the same day as ITV Studios at BAFTA Piccadilly and the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square respectively. Fremantle’s is the following day at the Odeon. ITV Studios’ event could come around the time it becomes independent of broadcaster ITV, which is being bought by Sky and currently making its way through regulatory quagmire. A London TV Screenings spokesperson said: “The London TV Screenings has become a key fixture in the international content calendar, bringing together buyers and distributors from across the industry for a week of discovery, conversation and deal-making. Following our strongest year to date, we’re looking forward to welcoming the global content community back to London in 2027. We’ve seen continuous growth every year since the Screenings’ inception, demonstrating buyer appetite for this moment in the annual content calendar, and underlining the UK’s continuing role as a hub for international distribution.”

The screenings run concurrent with the BBC Studios Showcase in London but no longer with MIP London, which is ending as MIP instead launches a London Book Fair event a few weeks later.
