At the bottom was a photo of the "Love Story" singer as she happily met Kelce on the football field after the Kansas City Chiefs won the AFC Championship earlier this year. "This is so crazy. I cannot believe this is really happening. I'm in shock," Swift said at the time of the tight end and his team winning the big game. For the caption of the NFL's post, the organization wrote, "Same" of their excitement at the couple's happy news. Though Swift and Lautner called their relationship quits well over a decade ago, the pairrekindled their friendshipyears after she "absolutely" dumped him.
