Justin Bieber planted a kiss on rapper Sexxy Red as fans joked that he 'looks happier' with her than he often does with wife Hailey. The 31-year-old pop megastar - who broke silence on claims he is broke and millions in debt - took to Instagram to share a short video of his hang out with the 27-year-old rapper. In the short clip Justin could be seen sitting bobbing his head to the music in a VIP booth as Sexxy - born Janae Nierah Wherry - sashays toward him.
