The Costa Rica hotel where Brett Gardner's son Miller died during a family vacation is denying that carbon monoxide poisoning led to the 14-year-old's death. In a statement to PEOPLE on Tuesday, April 1, a spokesperson for the Arenas Del Mar Beachfront Rainforest Resort claims that the amount of carbon monoxide in the family's hotel room was "non-lethal."
