The actress, 37, and husband Mark, 38, announced the birth of their daughter Palma earlier this month by sharing an adorable black-and-white snap. And this week, the proud parents made the most of the good weather as they took the tot out in her pram for a stroll with Palma's grandma, Michelle's mum Jacqueline.
