He was the golden boy of the soap world after he soared to fame with his roles in both Hollyoaks and Coronation Street. And Chris Fountain looked set for a successful career on the cobbles after winning Best Actor at the British Soap Awards in 2008 as well as numerous nominations in the following years. However it all came crashing down in 2013 when he was sacked from the Weatherfield soap after video clips of him rapping about rape and violence while disguised in a Halloween mask emerged online.
