Nikki Bella was spotted in Napa Valley with her twin sister Brie, just days after her highly publicized divorce from Artem Chigvintzev was finalized. The 41-year-old retired WWE star appeared to be in excellent spirits as she savored a birthday lunch at the renowned wine country destination on Thursday. Accompanying her were Brie, several gal pals, and her four-year-old son Matteo, whom she shares with the 42-year-old Dancing with the Stars pro.
