The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star, 47 popped the question on Saturday November 23 at his 36-year-old love's favorite restaurant, Willoughby's on Park in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania per Entertainment Tonight. Lebo's dad told her after the proposal: 'You don't know how long I waited for this day for you, and there was a time where I thought it was never going to happen for you.
