Ferne McCann has reportedly given up control of her wellbeing business she runs with her fiancé Lorri Haines - weeks after she called time on her successful reality TV show. The TOWIE star, 34, who will be taking part in the new series of Dancing On Ice, has relinquished her power in the business partnership, according to a new filing with The Sun's Companies House. On October 2, Ferne ceased to be a person with significant control of the Shoorah brand, while her fiancé Lorri, 33, now owns at least 75 percent of the business.
