A Desperate Housewives child star looks completely unrecognisable 17 years after starring on the hit show. Mason Vale Cotton, now 22, starred in the ABC soap when he was just a child, and now looks very different from his iconic role. He played the role of M.J. Delfino, the son of Susan Mayer and Mike Delfino, from 2008 until 2012.
