Spencer Matthews has completed his penultimate marathon as he gears up to finish his 30 marathons in 30 days on Tuesday. Now just twenty-four hours from breaking the world record for the 'most consecutive marathons run on sand,' Spencer says he's most excited to see his family after having 'withdrawals' from them. The reality star, 36, has run 30 desert marathons in 30 days the Jordanian desert during which he's dined on a boiled goat's head and has lost ten kilos.
