Ali Brigginshaw and Kate Daly are the power couple of the NRLW, but they had to overcome a challenging start to their relationship when Kate thought the footy star was a 'b***h'. Raised in Ipswich, Brigginshaw has become a significant figure in the rise of women's rugby league in Australia, known for her leadership, skill - and most of all, her toughness on the footy field. She has played for the Brisbane Broncos since the NRLW's inaugural season in 2018 and has captained the side to three premierships, also captaining the Queensland Maroons and the Australian Jillaroos teams.
