POLICE have been referred to as to a Willy Wonka-inspired event after youngsters have been lowered to tears.

Youngsters got just some jelly babies before it was all over in minutes.
Cops later attended the Glasgow venue on Saturday as indignant mother and father gathered outdoors.
One mum posted online: "We arrived yesterday at 10:30.
"Waited in a huge queue for about 40 minutes after which once we acquired inside there was more ready around.
"Underwhelming was an understatement.
"I paid for Willy Wonka and received Billy Bonkers.
"Embarrassing doesn't even reduce it."
Organisers House of Illuminati apologised and promised refunds after saying it had been "let down in lots of areas".
A dad stated the much-hyped expertise had fallen far under expectation.
He added: "What an absolute shambles of an occasion.
"Wouldn't advocate this firm for anything, occasion has now been shut down and cancelled for right now very professional……"
