AN Army instructor had sex with a teen recruit after he requested to take cost of female trainees, a courtroom martial heard.

He beforehand requested Prime Brass if he might "command the feminine part".
Irwin started a consensual relationship with the 16-year-old they usually had sex at his Oldham residence.
He was interviewed by service cops after leaving the Harrogate school for the Parachute Regiment.
In the course of the probe, he is stated to have threatened to kill her sergeant's dog and joked he would "murder her" if she advised anybody that they had met.
The teen advised cops: "I'm so fearful of him — he doesn't care about guidelines."
Irwin admits a cost of sex with a toddler however denies intimidation.
