A HOMEOWNER trimmed a neighbor's tree after it was blocking his driveway – although one action made the legality questionable, in line with viewers.
Mike MacMannion, a UK-based gardener who helps members of his group with free gardening or landscaping, earned almost 2.5 million views on a video uploaded to his TikTok (@gardenyardzmowing1982) of him trimming a neighbor's tree that was blocking his driveway.
Several branches have been overgrown and hanging over his driveway, inflicting him to drive into them when pulling in.
With a tree saw, he walked over to the neighbor's tree and commenced to cut all the branches that blocked his driveway.
Many viewers identified that it's perfectly legal to trim or reduce any branches that cross over his property line.
